The other 0.5% of the state's share goes to New Kent County for machines at Colonial Downs. For machines at Off-Track Betting facilities, the local share will be divided. New Kent County will get 0.25%, and the other 0.25% will go to the jurisdiction in which the Off-Track Betting facility is located.All of the gaming emporiums are owned by The Colonial Downs Group and the state has limited them to a total of 10 locations with a maximum of 3,000 machines at all of the locations combined. There are no live table games, slots, or gaming machines offered at any of the casinos in Virginia.
